Safety and caution charter
Your safety comes first. This charter is part of the terms of use you accept when you sign up.
Protect your personal data
Never share your bank details, passwords, ID numbers or sensitive information with another member, whatever the reason given.
Beware of requests for money
No sincere person will ask you for money. Any financial request (emergency, travel, customs, illness…) is a scam attempt. Pay nothing and report the profile immediately.
Move at your own pace
Never feel obliged to share personal information (address, workplace, habits) until trust is truly established.
First meeting in a public place
Choose a busy place, during the day. Tell a relative the place and time, and keep your phone charged. Arrange your own transport.
Stay on the platform
Keep your exchanges on the site until you know the person well. Beware of those who quickly want to move to another messaging app.
Respect and Christian values
Hurtful words, lies, harassment or any conduct contrary to Christian love may lead to the profile being paused, with notice by email; a serious or repeated offence means the account is closed.
Report any suspicious profile
At the slightest doubt, use the report button. Our moderation team watches over the community's safety and acts quickly.
A compliant photo is required
A clearly visible face and proper clothing. An image that is even partly nude, ambiguous or doctored is removed; until a photo has been accepted, the profile is no longer shown to other members.
Photo rule — zero tolerance
Every image is checked by a person on our team. An honest, decent photo is essential. Any partially nude, sexually suggestive, violent or misleading photo is removed, with a notice explaining what to fix, and the member is invited to upload another; until a photo has been accepted, their profile is no longer shown to other members, but the account stays open. Illegal content may be reported to the authorities.
Moderation and privacy
A person on our team looks at photos and profiles. A message that contains contact details (email address, number, link, another app) is set aside and read by a person before it arrives; all others arrive straight away and stay private unless they are reported. No machine decides on its own.

By signing up, you accept this charter and undertake to respect it for the safety of the whole community.
